Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery FAQ when purchasing our products. This policies will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer varioues shipping options with our delivery partner, Delyva. Although in some cases a third-party supplier with no options available or selected by customers MAY be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping rates are as per the customer’s choice upon checking out. There will be at Three options available to choose from (e.g: PosLaju, JNT, Grab Express) for domestic, Peninsular delivery. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping however options may not be best to your preference. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

For information about custom process, please refer to the country Customs you are currently residing to have the purchase delivered.

Please note, we may subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advice you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
